Such information is provided solely for general informational and peer-support purposes and should not be construed as professional, academic, legal, mental health, admissions, or career counseling.

  2. No Warranties or Guarantees: We Know Campus does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or usefulness of any advice or information provided by Coaches. We do not make any representation or warranty, express or implied, regarding the outcome or efficacy of any decision made by you in reliance on such advice.

Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances shall We Know Campus, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, or partners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the services, including but not limited to any decisions made based on advice received during a session, or any claims related to academic, admissions, or personal outcomes.

  4. No Client-Professional Relationship: Participation in a call with a Coach does not create a professional relationship of any kind, including but not limited to legal, therapeutic, academic, or consulting relationships. Coaches are not acting as licensed professionals or certified advisors.

  5. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless We Know Campus and its affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs) arising from or in any way related to your use of the services, your reliance on any information provided during a call, or your violation of this disclaimer or any applicable law.

  6. Parental Consent for Minors: If you are under the age of 18, you represent and warrant that you have obtained permission and consent from a parent or legal guardian to use the services provided by We Know Campus, including participating in video calls with Coaches. By using the platform, you and your parent or legal guardian acknowledge and agree to this disclaimer and our Terms of Service.
