By using the services provided by We Know Campus LLC ("We Know Campus", "we", "our", or "us"), including but not limited to scheduling and participating in one-on-one video calls with student coaches ("Coaches"), you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Informational Purposes Only: The information, advice, and opinions shared by Coaches during sessions are based on their personal experiences and subjective perspectives. Such information is provided solely for general informational and peer-support purposes and should not be construed as professional, academic, legal, mental health, admissions, or career counseling.

2. No Warranties or Guarantees: We Know Campus does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or usefulness of any advice or information provided by Coaches. We do not make any representation or warranty, express or implied, regarding the outcome or efficacy of any decision made by you in reliance on such advice.

3. Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances shall We Know Campus, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, or partners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the services, including but not limited to any decisions made based on advice received during a session, or any claims related to academic, admissions, or personal outcomes.

4. No Client-Professional Relationship: Participation in a call with a Coach does not create a professional relationship of any kind, including but not limited to legal, therapeutic, academic, or consulting relationships. Coaches are not acting as licensed professionals or certified advisors.

5. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless We Know Campus and its affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs) arising from or in any way related to your use of the services, your reliance on any information provided during a call, or your violation of this disclaimer or any applicable law.

6. Age and Parental Consent: We do not take bookings for students under 13. For a student under 18, a parent or legal guardian makes the booking, is the customer, and agrees to our Terms of Service on the student's behalf. Students 18 or older may book for themselves.

7. Call Recording: Every call is recorded and transcribed by an AI notetaker (Read AI), which joins the call as a participant, for safety and quality. The person booking consents to this at checkout. The student is reminded on screen and out loud at the start of every call and can leave at any time; if that happens, the call credit is returned. Recordings are not sent out automatically: you can ask for a copy of your student's recording, or ask us to delete it, at any time by emailing team@weknowcampus.com. We never give recordings to the school, counselor, or company whose code you used.

No University Affiliation

We Know Campus LLC is an independent company. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, authorized by, or otherwise connected to any college or university named on this website, including their athletic programs.

College and university names appear on this website only to identify the schools our student Coaches currently attend or recently attended.

Coaches are independent contractors, and not employees of We Know Campus. The Coaches share their own personal experiences and opinions regarding the college or university they attend or have attended. We Know Campus does not provide any Coach with instructions as to what the Coach should say about his or her college or university. Further, the Coaches do not speak for, represent, or act on behalf of their college or university, and nothing they say should be taken as an official statement of any institution, including its admissions office.

Privacy Policy

At We Know Campus, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This is a summary; our full Privacy Policy is at book.weknowcampus.com/c/policies.

What we collect: the name and email of the person booking; the student's first name, graduation year, and age range; the payment record held by our payment processor (Stripe); the call recording and transcript; and the coach's short summary of the call.

How we use it: to run bookings and calls, keep calls safe, review call quality, and contact you about your booking. We do not sell or share personal information, show targeted ads, track location, or profile students. Information is shared only with service providers we need to run the platform, process payments, or hold scheduled calls.

How long we keep it: recordings and transcripts for as long as we need them to run and review calls. You can ask us to delete your student's recording and transcript at any time. Booking and payment records are kept for 7 years.

Optional aggregate insights: only if you choose it at checkout, we may use what's said on calls, with every name and identifying detail removed and combined with many other calls, to publish aggregate insights. You can change your mind at any time.

Your rights: you can see, correct, or delete what we hold, withdraw consent, or get a copy of your student's recording by emailing team@weknowcampus.com. We answer within 30 days.

Users are responsible for sharing only information they are comfortable providing during calls. We encourage all participants to use discretion and professionalism in every interaction.
